This is something that I have finally discovered through my process of getting approved for surgery.....nope not through a therapist (which I had seen for years and we could never figure out my eating habits). I eat when I am stressed and if you know me....you know I am a very dramatic person and I stress myself out a lot. I am passionate in everything I do and to everyone that is in my life. I play hard and love hard. I do my best to protect everyone I love(even though they think I am evil). So naturally I will be stressed at the littlest things and my outlet is eating ......ohhhhh how eating makes me feel sooooooooo fabulous at the time
I am devouring wings and pizza. Now that I have discovered this I am going to have to find new outlets......hmmmm what to do?

Your new outlet can be exactly this....WRITING your feelings. Not eating. Write exactely how you feel....no matter if you think it a wrong feeling. Get all into it....it doesn't have to be just writing about your weight or food. How about post pics of the awesome projects you ALWAYS do, the furniture that you create, the cute outfits you wear...funny things your kids do! I will read it! Rememeber....keep your head up...it can only get better hear on out chicken! Stay positive and true to yourself, but try not to be as stubborn in the process. I'm proud of you and stick by this life changing decision you have made, I know it's going to be challenging at first, but keep your eye on the prize....LOVE YOU!
